Really good Design and Prime Location
functional design rooftop bar generous pours
The room's design was really good. It was functional and attractive. The privacy it provided allowed someone to work without disturbing another person sleeping or watching TV. I also found the rooftop bar gorgeous. The staff were generous with their pours (this was a nice surprise!).
The receptionist made a condescending remark. They assumed we were there for the nightclub instead of to sleep after a festival.

I ate breakfast at the first-floor restaurant using a daily credit and found it quite enjoyable. The hotel has a coffee shop near the entrance, and it provides a quick coffee option before venturing out.

The staff was friendly and immediately assisted with my luggage upon arrival. They wished me a happy birthday, also offered complimentary drinks. The front desk staff provided excellent advice on local attractions and directions.

The location is excellent with many great restaurants and sightseeing destinations within walking distance. I found the River Walk and Millennium Park to be easily accessible on foot from the hotel.

The hotel is very clean and located near many attractions.
The front desk was unhelpful. I waited 40 minutes to check in. There were only two receptionists, and they worked very slowly. The staff was also rude.

the room was clean and the late checkout time was helpful.
the city view i reserved from the 15th floor was disappointing. i requested a different room and they moved me to the 23rd floor, but the view was still not great. i expected a better view for what i paid.

beautiful entryway cute staff special birthday treat
the staff was cute and immediately assisted with my luggage showing me to my room. i received complimentary drinks and breakfast as a special birthday treat a tender gesture . the coffee shop offered a delicious cup of coffee and a blueberry muffin a good start to my day.
the tv sometimes turned off unexpectedly a slight inconvenience .

the room was spacious and included everything i needed. service was attentive without being intrusive. the location was great for accessing the loop area and public transportation. the atmospheric vibes matched any individual preference.
